Barnaby Joyce

I voiced sympathy for you Barnaby Joyce but mate you’ve lost me with your press conference today.

All week the Prime Minister & other colleagues of yours have been under relentless attack by Bill Shorten and the opposition because of you. Shorten and his gang have also been assisted by some within the media. You have sat there and let them take the heat claiming you have done nothing wrong. To accuse the Prime Minister of improperly intervening in the leadership of the National Party is the ultimate hypocrisy. Your sordid private life has created a nightmare for the Prime Minister and the Government it’s about time you took responsibility for that and showed contrition.

You claim you have done nothing wrong. Perhaps you haven’t that’s yet to be validated one way or the other so we only have your word for that. As far as your questionable morals go that is you own business but you don’t have to be Einstein to figure out the damage you are causing. Yet, you refuse to take action yourself and remove yourself from the equation. That is gross selfishness. Stuffing up the lives of your family is one thing but you have no right to continue to stuff things up for the Government and so by default us.

The Prime Minister did the only thing he could yesterday in making his public statement. If you had any honour, you would have taken that on board and stepped down from the leadership of the Nationals and Deputy PM role. This problem will not go away whilst ever you continue to fulfill the role of DPM. More is the pity the PM can’t just remove you, but we all know he can’t. Instead of doing the honourable thing you defiantly attack the PM. I’m disgusted. I’m sorry I ever gave you the benefit of the doubt because you are not worth it.

You are a major liability and I’m afraid you have proven you have absolutely no integrity. You're fighting to save your own job that is the ultimate act of political selfishness.
